We do not release any information to third parties.
Payment
JustDivine can accept purchases made with all major credit cards via Paypal. All charges are made in New Zealand dollars. If using a currency converter, please be aware that the amount charged will be as per the applicable exchange rate at the time of purchase.
Credit Card Confidentiality
JustDivine does not hold any record of your credit card details. We use Paypal which is a secure, easy to use, online payment site. You will be directed to Paypal for payment when you proceed to checkout.
Returns - 100% money back guarantee
If your product arrives and is faulty, broken, or not what you ordered, we are happy to arrange a replacement (no extra shipping charge), refund or product credit. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We also have a risk-free 100% money back guarantee. Try our product for 30 days and if not 100% satisfied during that time, simply return the container with any unused product and we will refund the cost of the product.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is FREE within New Zealand (subject to change without notice). Shipping for all other countries is calculated on weight and country of origin. Rates are calculated for Australia, UK & Europe and Rest of World. We aim to dispatch your order within 1 - 3 business days.
Any input duties or handling tariffs placed by the country of origin are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Times
JustDivine aims to have your purchase delivered within the following time frames:
New Zealand and Australia: 2 - 5 business days.
All other countries: 5 - 14 business days.
What if my order from JustDivine does not arrive?
We dispatch orders using reputable couriers with strict delivery policies and schedules. Unfortunately things do go missing with couriers. Should you find this happening with your order please send us an email with your order number and we will immediately investigate.
